This also applies to replacement padlocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temperature_Controlled_Rental_Containers\"><\/span>Temperature Controlled Rental Containers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Call-Out Procedures\/Customer\u2019s Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before contacting our 24-hour support line, customers must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the power supply to the unit is fully functional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the container at least 3 times a day to ensure the temperature reading is remaining constant. You must keep a record of this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure customer\u2019s cargo is allowing sufficient airflow around the container\u2019s interior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure your product is placed in the container at a similar temperature to the containers set point eg: no ambient temperature product is to be placed in our containers \u2013 they are holding units not blast or rapid freezers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your container is not working as expected then you must call our support line immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"We_will_ask_you_the_following_questions\"><\/span>We will ask you the following questions:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What is the current temperature?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What was the last recorded temperature and when?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When was the container last at the correct temperature?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have you probed the cargo and when?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are the lights working?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is there any ice build-up anywhere internally or externally on the container?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the container fully loaded?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the doors been left open for long periods?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What temperature was your product when placed inside the container?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After establishing the above and if necessary we will dispatch an engineer who will endeavour to attend as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be advised, should there be an erroneous call out, for example, the problem is the way you have loaded the container, it was in defrost or issues caused by ice build-up or your power supply, the cost will be added to the customer\u2019s account and charged accordingly.
